Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date on eligible stock items with proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To qualify for return, no matter the department, the stocked item must be in its original condition and must not be altered, cut, damaged, installed, painted, stained, or modified in any way. Any item cut from its original length or altered from its original form cannot be returned.

Stock moulding may be returned only if it is in full 16’ or 8’ lengths and remains in clean, resalable condition.

Stock decking may be returned only if it is full-length — 12', 16', or 20' lengths. ​

Interior prehung doors may be returned only in cases where there was an error on our end. Doors ordered or prepared based on incorrect customer-provided measurements, handing, or other specifications are not eligible for return.

Special order items in any department are not eligible for return.

Any item ordered specifically for a customer through one of our suppliers is considered a special order and cannot be returned.

Exterior doors, specially-ordered moulding, and windows, for example, are all considered special order items, as they are not regularly stocked and are typically ordered by size, style, and project-specific requirements.
